GSA Tenant Improvement: Negotiated Contract with building owners. Provided Construction Management from concept through completion. Managed and supervised accelerated schedule for complete interior and exterior remodel. Gutted interior to rough shell, rebuilt all interior to clerical and administrative offices per GSA requirements and specifications. Rehabilitated landscaping and building exterior, reconfigured parking areas to include secure parking and ADA compliance.
