2014 – Completion Date Commercial Tenant improvement. Negotiated Contract, included design and permit approvals. Modified and upgraded existing office area and bathrooms, new finishes, upgraded interior and exterior for ADA compliance.

Family Chiropractic

Chiropractic Office. Provided design consultation and advice for owners design team. Involved stained and sealed concrete floor finishes, shielded wall x-ray station, and furniture quality paint finishes to identify the owner’s signature look.

Complete Nutrition

Retail Tenant Improvement. Negotiated Contract. Required using owner provided fixtures and equipment, much of it used and in need of refurbishing or modification to match owner layout and quality standards. Complete interior build out.

GSA Tenant Improvement: Negotiated Contract with building owners. Provided Construction Management from concept through completion. Managed and supervised accelerated schedule for complete interior and exterior remodel. Gutted interior to rough shell, rebuilt all interior to clerical and administrative offices per GSA requirements and specifications. Rehabilitated landscaping and building exterior, reconfigured parking areas to include secure parking and ADA compliance.

Institute of Technology

School: Negotiated Contract. 45,000 Sq Ft Tenant Improvement, Design/Build Project from contact to completion. Included demo of previous retail, modifications to entrance, shell, and parking areas, ADA and Path of Travel improvements, fast tract construction of full interior build out with completion occurring seven weeks after work starting.
