Completed: 2013 Insurance repair. Original contractor used common nails to apply stucco lath resulting in rust stains bleeding through the exterior. South and West walls had to be stripped to CMU. Lath, stucco, and parapet cap was all replaced while store remained in operation. Work required scheduling around store operations.
Completed: 2013 GSA Tenant Improvement: Negotiated Contract with building owners. Provided Construction Management from concept through completion. Managed and supervised accelerated schedule for complete interior and exterior remodel.
