General Construction and Project Management of a new commercial retail facility. Consisted of all site grading and underground improvements occurring during wet weather and forcing SWPPP implementation. Met compaction regardless of less than ideal soil and weather conditions. Project exceeded scheduled time frames primarily due to weather but also poor engineering. GBI as a local contractor was instrumental by involving local talent to redesign and engineer and ultimately satisfy the problems created by site conditions and absentee assistance from Architect of record. Resulting Building is a nice improvement to this retail location.
